Alright, now that you've been through that short practice i want to bring you back to awareness, but now on another level.

What you've just felt was a press against your current limits and as such when we start exploring new territory we start to forget or be less mindful of our body and what we're feeling in the situation. Forget to take breaths, forget to stop and analyze, as it's crucial to slow down and take things in layers and let them unfold. While also being mindful of the mechanics you're using, and where things are going.

Also you want to be aware of the path you're utilizing. Once you start becoming aware of the complex layers of the foundation you can appreciate the significance of such simplicity. What do i mean by that? Well that will make sense more over time as you are guided through these lessons and practice. So back to the layers.

Once you're aware of your body posture, you start to become aware of your distance from centered. Then you'll start to fix and align it and as you go through the motion you'll hit certain walls and voids until you've reached your limit. Once you're at your limit you start to be aware of the stress it takes for your body to be in such a position, in the form of shakes, aches, or pains. Then your breaths you suddenly realize were short but since when you don't know so you take another breath, readjust. Now you've lost the edge of the tension of being at your limit.

So you search for it again. Changing and shifting around. Thinking it's about relaxing, but at this point it's not about relaxing. It's about pressing against your limit, and seeing what it takes for your body to maintain that position. However you can't be aware of it unless you're ready to start being aware of each step and your association in the body to what it takes to utilize those parts of your body. Those paths in your system. And direct the energy in the places you want it to go. But first what energy is being utilized right now and what does it mean?

These are the things you need to be about to feel. Correctly utilizing your breath and awareness will give you a sense of being able to feel what's actual happening in your body. Then utilizing activation and energy will give you more information shit the birth state of your body. And now i'll start to bring you into being aware of your paths of power. How they feel, how to utilize them, how they work, etc.
