Base Form
The Standard Form of The Body
The Base Form is a state of the body that is aligned, fully activated, without obstruction. It is the base stance, the standard of which everything is based off of.
Now what do i mean by that? "That standard of which everything is based off of " that means it's the measure, the origin point of which all other measures is based. For example in order to determine that something is diseased you have to have a origin of health or a state of fully healthy. In order to determine something as dysfunction it has to have a state of which it has full function. The same rules apply to the body
Have you ever wondered where the measures of standard for our bodies have come from? What is "normal" actually? and what is 100%? What is full capacity? What is full activation? How does it feel to be free of obstruction? What does it look like? That's what the base state is.
We have an image of what it is, a silhouette of what it looks like to be a base form human. But that's it, that's the silhouette, what about the substance, what is the base form really and how does it feel to be away from it? and the consequences that stem from being misaligned or away from the base form, this is what causes diseases and dysfunction.
That Journey back to the base form is what this guidance is about. The long forgotten state of being that's hidden in plain sight that was gifted to humanity. The home we've been distracted from taking care of. The thing we've never really been given a manual to, up until now, due to a lack of understanding and a perversion of capitalism and dependence. The potential unrealized. The power to be rediscovered.
The plight of the human today, and of all days, is the deviation from base form. The transformation that takes place, or in a better sense the de-evolution from peak and optimal, to a shadow of former glory, to a shell without substance. And the journey back takes time, intuitively felt, on a level that we know will take our dedication, a level of dedication that we fear we will not be able to maintain, a level that will "distract" us from being able to do the necessary things that will "need" our time, bodies, and energy to produce in order to survive, to provide a lifestyle, to work; so we shrink from the duty and tell ourselves "when i have time and money i will take care of my health." we sacrifice that gift, we sacrifice our home, that place, that standard, first... in order to participate in the "necessary distraction" for life.
We participate until we've gotten so far from the standard, so far from the base form, that we've forgotten what base form looks like, what it feels like, what is supposed to be normal, until it can be ignored no longer. Then when it can't be ignored any longer and the consequences of starting so far have shown up, then it's no longer worth the sacrifice to participate in the "necessary distraction" for life, and the journey to normalcy is prioritized urgently. We wait until it's dire, until the pain can no longer be tolerated, until the discomfort from the dysfunction and deformations are no longer bearable before relief is sought. But what if you were in a state where you didn't have to seek relief at all?
What if you knew what your body needed to maintain its function with ease? To beat its burdens without weight? To do what you needed to do with the fullness of your power and energy. That vitality that surges through your body is a energy that we know so well but don't value until it's missing in our bodies, until we can't keep up, until we can't enjoy the basic aspects of our lives that we could when we had a semblance of our fullness.
However we have strayed. We have strayed so far from the truth of our bodies, the base form that we all have access to but have given up. We Have strayed so far that our new standard for what is normal, is a lesser and deformed state of dysfunction. Our expectations is so far below our standard that we meet mediocrity easily. Our experience of what should be standard is experienced as exceptional and phenomenal! A wonder! or even a miracle! What should be normal, is now unbelievable! This is what it means to be out of base form.
One can't tell what's wrong with them, if they've never experienced and acknowledged what it means to be right. There is a Base Form. There is a standard. There is a right way and a wrong way to experience and build your function. The body is so amazing that despite doing it the wrong way it will adapt and overcome the consequences of being wrong so that you don't even think you were ever in the wrong the entire time. You won't know you were wrong for so long until the consequences of you being wrong have become so entrenched that reversing them feel painful and unnatural. The body will numb itself to the pain of its consequences of doing it wrong and build paths for your energy to travel to keep itself a way to have a semblance of being able to function normally, and you'll practice it for so long you forget what's right.
This is the strength, the wisdom, the intelligence of the body. And if that's true, then the opposite must also be true. That if you start to become aware and learn the right way to function, and what is the correct way to operate the body, that it will return to a state of normalcy. It will return to Base Form. And that journey to return to base form is so grueling and so full of wisdom that once base form is achieved who knows what that understanding and experience will bring to the person wielding such power.
